- Stay: We will work on stay, door manners, & behavioral downstays
- Loose Leash Walking Manners: We will work on good walks, meeting on leash, and leave it.
- Greetings: We will work on leaving, people coming up to us and how to disengage.

Professional dog training classes, held at the apartment clubhouse yard, with a qualified trainer, aimed at improving apartment manners through the use of positive reinforcement, and rewards of donuts and coffee for handlers, with a limit of 6 dog and 2 handlers per class.
